INGREDIENTS:
- Cucumber(kheera)- 1,
- Tomato(tamatar)- 1 large,
- Capcicum(shimla mirch)- ½ ,
- Apple(seb)- 1 small,
- Grapes(angoor)- ½ cup,
- Pomegranate(anar)- ½ cup,
- Coriander leaves(hara dhaniya)- 1tbsp,
- Green chili(hari mirch)- 1 small,
- Roasted cumin powder(jeera)- 1tsp,
- Salt(namak)- to taste,
- Lemon juice(nimbu)- 1tsp.
METHOD:
1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables. Peel
cucumber.
2. Chop all vegetables and apple finely. Cut grapes into two parts.
3. In a bowl place chopped vegetables and all fruits. Add finely
chopped green chili and coriander leaves.
4. Now, add salt, cumin powder and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Serve immediately.
