INGREDIENTS:
- Mint leaves(pudina)- 2 bunch,
- Fennel seeds(saunf)- 1tbsp,
- Sugar(chini)- 2 tbsp or to taste,
- Black peper(kali mirch)- 3-4,
- Water(pani)- as per need.
METHOD:
1. Wash mint leaves.
2. Make a paste of all ingredients by
adding some water in mixter grinder.
3. Sieve the paste in big vessel. Add some
water in remaining mint paste and grind again. Sieve the paste.
4. Keep in fridge for cooling.
5. Serve chilled.
