KHEERE KA RAITA

INGREDIENTS:
  • Curd(dahi)- 4cups,
  • Grated cucumber(kheera)- 2 cup,
  • Roasted Cumin powder(jeera)- ½  tsp,
  • Chopped coriander leaves(hara dhaniya)- ½  tbsp,
  • Salt(namak)- to taste,
  • Red chili powder(lal mirch)- ¼ tsp,
  • Green chili(hari mirch)- ½
  • Ginger(adarakh)- ½ inch piece,
  • Mint leaves(pudina)- 4-5,
  • Black rock salt(kala namak)- ½ tsp.
  • Sugar(chini)- 1 tsp.

METHOD:
.
1.    Grind mint leaves, green chili and ginger.
2.    Add salt, red chili powder, mint paste, coriander leaves, black rock salt, sugar, jeera powder and grated cucumber, in whisked curd.
3.    Mix well. Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hrs.
4.     Serve chilled.
