INGREDIENTS:
- Curd(dahi)- 4cups,
- Boondi(salted)- 1 ½ cup,
- Roasted Cumin powder(jeera)- ½ tsp,
- Chopped coriander leaves(hara dhaniya)- ½ tbsp,
- Salt(namak)- to taste,
- Red chili powder(lal mirch)- ¼ tsp,
- Green chili(hari mirch)- ½
- Ginger(adarakh)- ½ inch piece,
- Mint leaves(pudina)- 4-5,
- Black rock salt(kala namak)- ½ tsp.
- Sugar(chini)- 1 tsp.
METHOD:
1. Soak the boondi in water for 2-3
minutes. Drain the water.
2. Grind mint leaves, green chili and
ginger.
3. Add salt, red chili powder, mint
paste, coriander leaves, black rock salt, sugar, jeera powder and soked boondi,
in whisked curd.
4. Add some water and mix well. Keep it in fridge for 1-2
hrs.
5. Serve chilled.
