INGREDIENTS:
- Tomatoes medium size(Tamatar)- 2,
- Onion small(Pyaz)-1,
- Red chilli powder(Laal mirch powder)-1 tsp,
- Coriander powder(Dhaniya powder)- less than1/2 tsp,
- Salt(Nmak)- as per taste,
- Turmeric powder(Haldi powder)- less than ½ tsp,
- Fennel seeds(Sounf)- 7-8,
- Garam masala- pinch full,
- Paneer cubes- 8-10,
- Clarified butter(ghee)- 3-4tbsp,
- Tomato ketchup- 1tbsp,
- Dried fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi)- 1tsp,
- Garlic paste(lahsun)- ½ tsp.
METHOD:
1. Cut onion in big pieces.
2. Cut tomatoes in big pieces. Remove
seeds.
3. Heat 2-3 tsp ghee in pan. cook onion
pieces until tender on low flame. Keep
aside.
4. Now cook tomatoes in ghee in same pan
in same way.
5. Grind tomatoes, onion, red chili
powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, Fennel seeds to make a smooth paste.
6. Now heat ghee in pan, pour tomato
paste to it.
7. Add garlic paste, kasuri methi and
garam masala.
8. Cook till ghee separated. add tomato
ketchup. Mix well.
9. add fried paneer. Serve with naan.
