PALAK PANEER


INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh spinach(Palak)-   2 bunch,
  • Onion(Pyaz)- 1,
  • Green chillies(Hari Mirch) - 2,
  • Garlic(Lahsun)- 5-6,
  • Salt(Namak)- as per taste,
  • Paneer- as required,
  • Oil,
  • Clarified butter(Ghee)- 1tsp,
  • Garam masala- 1 pinch,
METHOD:

1.    Boil spinach leaves finely. Cool it.
2.    Make paste of onion and garlic in grinder. keep aside.
3.    Now make paste of boiled spinach and green chillies.
4.    Heat oil in large pan.
5.    Pour onion paste.
6.    Fry till oil become separated.
7.    Pour  spinach paste, and add salt, garam masala, and cook till oil separated.
8.    Then pour one tsp ghee and mix well. (it will add taste and flavor)
9.    Add fried paneer and serve with Naan.
