MINT CHUTNEY


INGREDIENTS:
  • Coriander leaves(hara dhaniya)- 4 cup,
  • Mint leaves(pudina)- 1 ½ cup,
  • Lemon juice(nimbu)- 2tsp,
  • Green chili(hari mirch)- 2,
  • Salt(namak)- to taste,
  • Sugar(chini)- ½ tsp,
  • Cumin seeds(jeera)- ¼ tsp,

METHOD:
1.    Wash coriander leaves and mint leaves. drain the water.
2.    Grind all ingredients to fine paste.
3.    Transfer into bowl. You can Store in fridge for a week.
4.    Serve with pakoras, samosa, cutlets, sandwich, chaat items.
